Return and Refund Policy

At Bioactive Avenue, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for live animals. However, should you receive a deceased colony or individual, you are entitled to a replacement within the first 2 hours after receiving your order. (Please note that each case is handled individually. If you have any concerns or inquiries, please feel free to contact us at info@bioactiveavenue.com).

For any non-live items, returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when first received, and will only be granted if eligible, such as if the item is broken or already opened on arrival.

Dead on Arrival (DoA):

Any dead arrivals must have photo proof sent to us within the first 2 hours after receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement colony/individual.
