Return and Refund Policy

At Bioactive Avenue, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for live animals. However, should you receive a deceased colony or individual, you are entitled to a replacement within the first 2 hours after receiving your order. (Please note that each case is handled individually. If you have any concerns or inquiries, please feel free to contact us at info@bioactiveavenue.com).

For any non-live items, returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when first received. 

Dead on Arrival (DoA):

Any dead arrivals must have photo proof sent to us within the first 2 hours after receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement colony/individual.
